A Note for Rideshare Commuters:
ATTENTION: The Rideshare Office will be closed from March 9, 2026 through March 13, 2026. Normal business hours will resume on Monday, March 15, 2026. During this time, walk-in customer service will not be available. For urgent matters please contact us at 509.802.5520.
Group Fare Increase:
Effective January 1, 2026, Rideshare monthly group fares will adjust by 10%.

Federal Ridership Reports:
Reports are due by the 5th of each month. Reports submitted after the 5th may result in a late fee of $30.00 assessed to the group's bookkeeper and reporter.
Rideshare Office Hours:
Please note: For security purposes and to ensure staff availability, in-office visits are by appointment only.
Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Closed daily from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
